钢液直接定氢系统-HYDRIS(国外英文资料) The steel liquid directly fixed the hydrogen system - HYDRIS The HYDRIS immersed probe system can measure the hydrogen content of the steel liquid online. HYDRIS provides you with a way of measuring hydrogen directly from the steel platform without using traditional sampling. Because of its fast and accurate characteristics, HYDRIS represents the world advanced level of the current hydrogen testing method, making it possible to directly control the hydrogen content in the process of making steel. Working principle of the HYDRIS HYDRIS can measure the amount of hydrogen in the ladle, between the middle and the steel ingot. The nitrogen ACTS as a carrier gas and absorbs the hydrogen in the steel fluid through the probe, until the hydrogen content in the carrier is in balance with the amount of hydrogen in the steel liquid. HYDRIS system works The gas is pumped by the pump in the loop, and the pipe is pumped through the gas line, the gun and the blow pipe of the probe into the steel fluid, forming a bubble. The nitrogen bubbles absorb the hydrogen in the steel liquid and then return to the pneumatic cabinet through the vent plug of the inner bell inside the probe, and the carrier air circulates in the loop several times. Finally, the hydrogen content in the steel liquid is balanced with the hydrogen partial pressure in the carrier gas. The multi-lab HYDRIS meter monitors the equilibrium state of the gas circuit until the hydrogen content in the carrier is near zero. Analysis techniques The thermal conductivity meter in the pneumatic cabinet can analyze the hydrogen content in the carrier gas. According to SIEVERs law, the hydrogen content can be calculated according to the partial pressure of hydrogen. (see picture 1 below.)
