安萨尔多故障#（国外英文资料） Ansars fault diagnosis 1.1 P - O (lack of items) Line voltage loss protection interrupts, protection is done by the voltage monitoring hardware circuit (P15, N15, and P5). When the value of the P5 is above 5.25 V or less than 4.75 V, the transformer is reset. Failure: terminal XM2 - U, V, W voltage drop. Check: check the power supply voltage and the synchronous voltage. Action: reconnect. Failure: power failure. The power supply voltage exceeds the limit, the monitoring terminal p5-tp6. The OV reference point is P8, terminal threshold: P5 + + + 5%, P15, N15 + + + 20%. Measures: power supply voltage exceeds the limit, replace the P power board. Failure: C control board failure. Check: the supply voltage is within the limit. Monitoring-end P5 - TP5, P15 - TP6, n15-tp7; The OV reference point is P8, terminal threshold: P5 + + + 5%, P15, N15 + + + 20%. Measure: replace the C power board. 1.2 p-1 (external protection) External protection interrupts. Failure: terminal XM - 20 logical signal loss (+ 24V). Check: measure the voltage of the terminal XM1-20,22, and determine its value to + 24V plus or minus 4V. The Logic Input from the Hardware Status function (Par. 2.2.6) reads the logical Input M20 Ext_P state value OFF. If the terminal voltage is zero, the logical quantity is entered and the action is protected. Measures: the terminal xm1-20 logical signal remakes the voltage of the terminals xm1-2022 to be + 24V plus or minus 4V. Failure: C control board failure. Measure the voltage of the terminal xm1-20,22 to determine its value of + 24V plus or minus 4V. The Logic Input from the Hardware Status function (Par. 2.2.6) reads the logical Input M20 Ext_P state value ON. Action: replace the C control panel. 1.3 P - 2 (maximum current) The maximum protection interruption of the current potential current is protected by the hardware circuit (Par. 3.3) that is connected to the CT load resistance. Failure: current ring is unstable or slow. Check: check the respon
