One, foreword
Scope of application
This debug specification applies to the S (SN) series color TV sets.
Debugging considerations and requirements
(1) please click the following debugging steps and the specified test equipment debugging, otherwise will not be able to set the TV, in order to ensure satisfactory test results, shall be guaranteed by a bias value specified in the debugging.

Before debugging, the machine must be pre-heated for 30 minutes, and the whole machine should be demagnetizing.
Second, the debugging environment
Temperature: 15 to 35 degrees Celsius

Test instruments (the following instruments must be calibrated)
1, voltmeter,
2, the oscilloscope
3, multimeter (20 k Ω resistance: DC or AC acuity Ω 5 k/V/V)

Philip image generator (HH5818)
4, debug project and debug method
Middle frequency debugging.
1) break the IF end of the high frequency head.
2) enter the 8V stabilizer in the N906 (7805) input and 12V stabilizer at N904 (7809).
3) enter the signal generator (PH5518) into the IF input (R101 and C101 common points), and enter the 38.0 MHZ and other signal 95dB.
4) the oscilloscope or digital voltmeter is connected to the Pin8 foot of the N103, the negative grounding, the adjustment of the medium frequency oscillation (t10s), the adjustment of the voltmeter is 1.60 V plus or minus 0.05 V. (the core is in midweek)
High frequency ACG adjustment
1) a receiving signal (U channel).
2) set up a grey scale signal of 53dB mu V on a regular basis.
3) adjust RP120 to make the C119 positive just 4.0 V plus or minus 0.1 V.
