Easy debug method:
The new board has a number of parameters, mostly for elevators with special requirements, and the average elevator is rarely used. Heres an example of how debugging can be done asynchronously:
A. asynchronous elevator configuration:
The elevator is 10/10 / stand 1.75 m/s;
The main engine is 1470 RPM.
C. coder 1024;
There are two levels of change-change-speed switch.
The flat layer sensor is usually closed (when it is not in the flat layer, it is usually open when it is on the flat).
The door is in place, the safety trackpad, the overload is often closed, and the other signs are usually open.
The switch is always closed.
Slow car debugging:
Elevator mechanical installation is in place, safety, door lock, normal operation (short answer under special circumstances, but must be safe);
Change the speed switch, the limit switch is in place, the work is normal (short answer in special case, but it must be safe).
Control cabinet to host U V W, and the switch is normal.
The connection line of the encoder to PG card must be secure and accurate.
The corresponding X5 on the main board, X6 must be lit (in special cases, short, but secure);
Main board parameter Settings:
F6 = 1.75
F7 = 1470
F8 = 1024
F11 = 10
F25 = set X3, X4, X5, X6, X7, X8, X9, X10
F27 = 4239
F182 = 2 (other parameters keep the factory value unchanged)
In addition, the parameters of the converter are set to be normal, consistent with the mainboard work pattern,
To signal to the control cabinet, the car should go up, and also to the downward signal, the car should go down. Otherwise, the switch board outputs JP10.4, Y, and JP10.5; If not, check the failure code and troubleshoot the problem.
8. Maintenance, elevator running speed must be consistent with the set speed: if set speed 0.25 m/s, the actual speed is far lower than 0.25 m/s, host jitter, the replacement code into the inverter PG card A, B phase (just for asynchronous elevator);
