In the p roce ss of concil iating th is conflict, m ixed - court app eared in Egyp y and the M ixed Civil Code and the N ational Civil Code a s the ach ieve m en t thereof cam e into being. Th is two civil code were the p ioneers of the cu rren t Egyp tian Civil Code, and the latter had exten sive influnence on the m ak ing of civil code in at least ten A sian - A frican coun tries, and thu s form ed a new L egal Sys tem of Egyp t. So we can see that legal ach ievem ent of the co lon ialism and the con su lar jurisdiction m ay not be comp letely den ied.
