2013年公務員優質服務獎勵計劃 隊伍獎(一般公共服務)金獎 2013. 9. 6. 公務員事務局自 1999 年起每兩年舉辦公務員優質服務獎勵計劃。獎勵計劃的目的是表揚努力提供卓 越服務的部門及團隊,推廣公務員以客為本的文化,並激勵各部門和團隊不斷提升公共服務質素,精 益求精。香港歷史博物館的「一統天下:秦始皇帝的永恆國度」展覽,參觀人次(超過42 萬)打破 該博物館歷來專題展覽的紀錄,並獲得「2013 年公務員優質服務獎勵計劃」的「隊伍獎(一般公共 服務)金獎」。 得獎項目:一統天下:秦始皇帝的永恆國度 評審委員評語: 展覽兼備教育及娛樂性,成功跳出固有框框,懸浮幕技術及多媒體節目引人入勝。展覽大受歡迎,並 獲得廣泛報道,成功拓展觀眾群。兩岸及外國專家亦到訪博物館交流,提升香港博物館形象。策劃團 隊齊心協力,充滿熱忱,向高難度挑戰,令人佩服。 Civil Service Outstanding Service Award Scheme 2013 Team Award (General Public Service) Gold Prize 2013. 9. 6. Since 1999, the Civil Service Bureau has been organising the Civil Service Outstanding Service Award Scheme on a biennial basis. The objectives of the Scheme are to recognise the efforts of departments and teams which provide excellent service, to promote a customer-focused culture in the civil service, and to inspire departments and teams for continuous improvement in the delivery of public services. The Majesty of All Under Heaven: The Eternal Realm of China’s First Emperor exhibition at the Museum of History, where attendance (over 420 000) broke the record for all thematic exhibitions held at that museum since its opening, has won the Gold Prize of Team Award (General Public Service) of the Civil Service Outstanding Service Award Scheme 2013. Cat. of Award: The Majesty of All Under Heaven Exhibition Adjudicators’ comments: The exhibition was both educational and entertaining. Thinking outside-the-box, the museum successfully integrated cutting-edge technology and a number of appealing multi-media elements into the presentation of the relics. The exhibition enjoyed great popularity and was widely covered by the media. It thus acted to broaden the museum’s customer base
