The results show ed that injur of the w ushu athletes are mainl in knee, ankle tibia membrane,lumbar muscles,leg muscles.The main causes for training injuries during re- quired performances include:great difficult in action high requirement of the bodies,In- juries of the knee and ankle joints w hen falling to the ground,exhausted diseases such as inflammation of the tibia membrane, etc all related to the over-w eight on part of the bod w hen practising required performance, over -exhaustion less -development in bod .All these constitute the main factors for training injuries during required perfor- mances.
