广东工业大学 华立学院 本科毕业设计（论文） 题目：浅谈完善服装物流配送管理 系 部 管理学部 专 业 物流管理 班 级 07本物流管理3班 学 号 学生姓名 梁健聪 指导教师 2011年5月 　 摘? 要 近年来，服装零售业是竞争最激烈的传统行业之一，行业的发展处于徘徊不前的尴尬境地。许多服装零售企业和学术机构都在研究服装零售行业如何借鉴戴尔的直销方式，以提升服装零售行业的竞争力。本文从国内服装产品的特征及市场发展状况出发，对服装物流配送的特点进行了剖析。指出当前服装物流配送面临的主要问题是：社会信息网络化水平低，配送成本高、速度慢，商业信誉不高，缺乏相关人才，物流配送的专业化、社会化、电子化、现代化程度低等。针对服装物流配送面临的问题，本文分析了服装物流配送模式并简要介绍其配送方式。论文主要对服装物流配送方面做了研究和讨论，这些研究将有助于我国服装物流配送提高经济效益，降低经营成本，并朝着物流合理化的方向发展。 ? 关键词：服装配送模式物流配送电子商务 ? ? ABSTRACT In recent years, the clothing industry is the most competitive one of the traditional industries, the development of the industry in the? embarrassing position of stagnancy.
