The task of improving the performance of such multisided collaboration and making Japanese enterprises really benefit from it and willingly maintain the cooperative relationship with colleges and research in stitutions is attracting much attention from the Japanese government. To some extent ,Japanese experiences and lessons in promoting the collaboration have insightful value for China so that China would do better in establishing the technology in novation system that is enterprisebased ,marketoriented and characterized by industryuniversityinstitute collaboration.
