纯净水的生产和空气压缩站的设计
摘 要
摘 要:纯净水的生产和空气压缩站的设计是当今大中型饮料食品工厂中重要的组成部分。
水是饮料生产不可少的原料之一,占原料的90%。生产饮料用水分类是原辅料配料用水,生产设备、贮罐与管路系统、容器等洗涤用水,由于这些用水或多或少会直接或间接地带入产品中,因此水对饮料的质量有很大的影响。先对各种水处理方法的比较,最终选用反渗透。根据工艺计算结果进行设备的选型。严格控制水质,使水质达到饮料水标准,本设计水质达到纯净水标准。
压缩空气在生产的自动化中起着重要作用,它使得生产能够连续化进行。通过对空压机进行比较的基础上,最后采用微油式空气压缩机。本设计符合空压站设计标准,对压缩空气进行干燥,除油等工序处理,达到设计要求。

Abstract
Abstract: The pure water production and the air compression stand are the important constituent the design in the large and middle scale drink food factory now.
Water is one part of the drink production, occupies 90%. The production drink water used classification is the original helping material ingredient water used, the production equipment, the accumulator tank and the circuitry, the vessel and so on washes the water used, because these water used are more or less can directly or indirectly lead in the product, therefore, water has the very tremendous influence to the drink quality. First to each kind of water treatment method comparison, finally selects the counter- seepage. Carries on the equipment according to the process design result the shaping. The strict control water quality, enables the water quality to achieve the drink water standard, this design water quality achieves the pure water standard.
The compressed air is playing the vital role in the production automation, it enables the production to be able continuously to melt carries on. Carries on the comparison through the ground-to-air press in the foundation, finally uses the micro oil type air compressor. This design conforms to the air pressure station design standard, carries on dryly to the compressed air, eliminates working procedure processing and so on oil, meets the design requirements.
