论新农村建设中的生态文明问题 摘要：近年来，随着新农村建设步伐的加快，农村地区的生态环境问题日益凸显。农村生态环境现状表现为生活和生产污染、水资源污染、毁坏森林、肆意采挖耕地、资源浪费和能耗高等方面。其产生的原因包括：农民环保意识淡薄、资源的不合理利用、农村地区基础设施落后、基层机关对生态环境保护不够重视、农村的环保执法力度不够等方面。解决这些问题的对策有：加强对农民环保教育和生态文明宣传、转变经济增长方式、提高资源利用率、大力发展生态农业、提升农村基层干部的生态意识、加快农村地区公共基础设施建设、健全生态环境保护的法律监管机制等。生态文明建设为解决当前农村生态环境现状指明了道路。 关键词：新农村建设； 生态文明； 环境保护； 生态农业 On the problems of ecological civilization in new Countryside construction Abstract: In recent years, as the acceleration of the pace of construction of the new countryside, ecological environment in rural areas become apparent. The countryside ecological environment present situation performance for the life and the production pollution, the water resources pollution, the destruction forest, excavates the farming, the resources waste and the energy consumption higher aspect recklessly. It produces the reason includes: Farmer environmental protection consciousness light, the resources unreasonable use, countryside area infrastructure backwardness, the basic unit institution insufficiently take, the countryside environmental protection law enforcement dynamics to the ecological environment protection insufficiently and so on the aspects. Solves these question countermeasures to include: Strengthens to the farmer environmental protection education and the ecology civilization propaganda, the transformation economy growth way, raises the resources use factor, develops the ecological agriculture vigorously, promotes the countryside basic unit cadres ecology consciousness, speeds up the countryside area public infrastructure construction, the perfect ecological environment protection legal supervising and managing mechanism and so on.
