Compensation system is the core system of enterprise management, because it is directly related to the ability to recruit outstanding talent, talent can stay dry for a long time, whether managers have lasting power and work pressure, whether the companys current interests and long-term interests of both thinking and so on. Then, what kind of salary system should be established to keep the enterprise developing for a long time, and the enterprises generally believe that its core principles should be: external competitiveness and fairness within the enterprise. Because external competitiveness is the basis for us to recruit excellent employees and retain good employees, and internal fairness is a source of lasting work enthusiasm for employees.
