杭州市居民骨质疏松知识问卷调查 洪鸣鸣 周叶 [摘要] 　目的:了解骨质疏松知识的普及程度。方法:对1333位杭州市居民进行骨质疏松知识问卷调查。结果: 约40%的人群坚持经常摄入牛奶、海产品等富含钙的食物、经常晒太阳；大于80%的人群知晓骨松和骨松易累及的人群；但对骨松可引起骨折的知晓率显著低于50%。在运动方式上大多偏向无负重运动，同时经常吸烟、饮酒人群占1/3左右，有1/4的人群经常喝碳酸饮料。仅有1/3的人群知道骨质疏松的预防始于青年。结论:骨质疏松知识仍然不够普及,人们对骨质疏松知识的认识存在一些误区和盲点。应针对不同的年龄段人群进行专业化的骨质疏松健康教育。 [关键词] 　骨质疏松 问卷调查 健康教育 Knowledge and health behaviors about osteoporosis among the people in community of Hangzhou city HONG Ming-ming*,Zhou Ye. *Department of Geriatrics,Hangzhou First People’s Hospital,Hangzhou 310006,China Corresponding author: ZHOU Ye,E-mail:yeye1982333@163.com [Abstract] Objective To investigate the knowledge and health behaviors about osteoporosis among the people. Methods 1333 people in community of Hangzhou city were investigated by osteoprosis health survery questionnaire.Results About 40% of the population adhere to the regular intake of milk, seafood and other foods rich in calcium and often sun. Greater than 80% of the population aware of osteoporosis and osteoporosis involving the crowd easily; but the awareness of fracture caused by osteoporosis was significantly lower than 50%. Most of people tended to no weight-bearing exercise, and regular smoking, drinking population accounted for about 1/3, 1 / 4 of the population regularly drink carbonated beverages. Only 1/3 of people know that the prevention of osteoporosis begins with youth.Conclusions Osteoporosis knowledge is still not popular, There are some errors and blind spots in people’s knowledge and understanding of osteoporosis. Different age groups should receive specialized osteoporosis health education. [Key words] osteoporosis；survery；health education 随着人口老龄化进程的加快, 骨质疏松（简称骨松）的发病率逐年增多, 社会、家庭、医保的负担也随之增加。然而骨松也是一种和生活习惯相关的疾病，虽然近十年来，慢性疾病医疗健康知识的宣教活动已日益重视，但广大群众到底对骨松知识的掌握提高了多少？为了解群众对骨松知识的掌握程度的变化，以利于今后健康宣教方式、方法的调整，以事半功倍，本文以杭州地区多个社区、乡镇村庄进行了骨松知识问卷调查资料为背景，对照2004-2005年文献报告的骨松知识资料，分析如下。 对象和方法 一、对象 从2010年6月至2011年9月，以杭州地区多个社区、村庄，不同年龄、职业及文化程度的常住汉族居民为研究对象。采用多级整群随机抽样，应答率83.3%。共发放调查问卷表1610份, 收回有效问卷表1333份,男性503例，
