经皮椎体成形术治疗80岁以上高龄老人骨质疏松性骨折的优势 卢斌 陈其昕 蒋国强 罗科锋 岳兵 欧阳甲 【摘要】 目的 探讨PVP对80岁以上高龄老人骨质疏松性压缩性骨折的临床价值。方法 自2000年1月开始对骨质疏松骨折患者行PVP或PKP治疗，80岁以上高龄老人骨质疏松骨折共19例全部采用PVP方法治疗；同期60到79岁的老人共17例行PKP治疗。所有病例均手术成功，对患者术前、术后1~7 d，术后3个月、6个月、1年、2年进行VAS评分。同时对2种术式透视时间、注射骨水泥量、住院总费用等进行统计分析。结果 所有患者随访2年以上，止痛效果良好。PVP相比PKP透视时间短，费用更少，而两者效果类似。结论 PVP和PKP对于高龄老人骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折止痛效果类似，PVP操作更简单，手术透视时间少，费用更少。 【关键词】 椎体成形术; 高龄; 椎体骨折; 骨质疏松 The advantages of percutaneous vertebroplasty for the treatment to the elderly over 80 years old with osteoprotic vertebral fractures LU Bin, CHEN Qi-xin*, JIANG Guo-qiang, et al. Methods Since January 2000,19 patients over 80 years old were treated with PVP and 17 patients from 60 to 79 years old underwent PKP. VAS was tested preoperatively and 1 to 7 days ,3 months,6 monthes，1 year and 2 years postoperatively. We analyzed the time of radiation of two procedures,as was the volume of injection and hospital charges. Result Significant differences did not appear in the VAS test between both techniques,although there was a global improvement. The time of radiation was greater in PKP, as was the volume of injection and the price.
