常规抗心衰药物加β受体阻滞剂治疗心力衰竭的体会分析 郑德力 大庆市中西医结合医院心内科 黑龙江省大庆市163000 摘要：目的：研究β受体阻滞剂在临床治疗心力衰竭的过程中的应用价值。方法：择取我院2014年10月-2015年10月收治的120例心力衰竭患者随机分为2组，所有患者接受常规抗心衰药治疗，给予强心苷类+扩血管类+利尿剂类药物治疗，观察组同时加用β受体阻滞剂进行治疗，记录患者治疗后血压、心率、心功能状态以及药物不良反应情况，分析β受体阻滞剂与常规抗心衰药联合治疗心力衰竭的临床效果。结果：观察组舒张压、收缩压、心率等指标明显低于对照组，心功能较对照组明显升高，差异显著，p0.05。且观察组显效33例，有效25例，2例患者治疗无效，有效率为96.7%，对照组显效21例，有效30例，9例患者治疗无效，有效率为85.0%，明显低于观察组疗效（96.7%），p0.05。结论：采用β受体阻滞剂与常规抗心衰药联合治疗心力衰竭可以显著改善患者临床症状与心功能情况，较常规抗心衰治疗效果更明显，疗效确切，副作用少，值得推广应用。 关键词：心力衰竭；常规抗心衰药；β受体阻滞剂；疗效 Conventional heart failure drugs with beta-blockers experience analysis for the treatment of heart failure Zheng Deli Daqing city combine traditional Chinese and western medicine hospital of cardiology The daqing city of heilongjiang province in 163000 Abstract: objective: to study the beta blockers in the clinical application value in the process of treatment of heart failure.
