The experimental results show that the protein and fat and other macromolecule impurities in natural product extraction can be effectively removed by being frozen, heated and centrifugally separated. The conditions of removing impurity are 3℃ for six hours, 45℃ for one hour, 2000 r/min for fifteen minutes.
