上海市杨浦区二次供水设施卫生状况问卷调查 　　【摘 要】目的：了解区域内二次供水设施卫生管理状况。方法：对杨浦区189个使用二次供水设施的小区开展卫生管理状况的问卷调查。 结果：189个使用二次供水设施的小区中，设施建造年代以1980―2000年为主，61.10%为水泥材质。总体卫生管理状况较好，但二次供水水质检测频率的合格率仅有32.80%。结论：权责明确，二次供水管理单位比较规范；创新管理模式，加大二次供水设施运行保障力度；大力加强二次供水设施改造的预防性卫生监督 【关键词】二次供水；卫生状况；现况分析 Analysis of Sanitary Condition on Secondary Water Supply Facilities in Yangpu District of Shanghai HE Xiang ZHANG Hua （Supervision Institute of Health and Family Planning Commission of Yangpu District，Shanghai 200090，China） 【Abstract】Objective：To understand the sanitary management condition of secondary water supply facilities in Yangpu district.Method：Questionnaire survey on sanitary management condition was conducted in 189 communities used secondary water supply facilities.Results Among 189 communities used secondary water facilities，the facilities were primarily constructed between 1980 and 2000，and 61.10% of which was made from cement material.Overall sanitary management condition was satisfactory，but the qualified rate of the detection frequency of secondary water supply quality was merely 32.80%.Conclusions：Rights and liabilities are clear and the managing authorities of secondary water supply are relative normative；the innovation of management mode is required and the strengthening of operation guarantee for secondary water supply facilities is needed；the preventive health inspection for the modification of secondary water supply facilities should be further strengthened. 【Key words】Secondary water supply；Sanitary condition；Existing circumstances analysis 二次供水?O施是指将来自集中式供水的管道水另行储存、加压，再送至居民用户的供水设施[1]。新的《上海市生活饮用水卫生监督管理办法》不仅提高了二次供水管理单位对二次供水设施的管理要求，也强化了卫生行政部门对二次供水设施的监督力度[2]。本文通过对上海市杨浦区的二次供水设施情况进行调查，掌握区域内二次供水设施状况，及时发现问题并提出改进意见，保障居民的饮水卫生安全 1 对象与方法 1.1 对象 杨浦区使用二次供水设施供水的189个小区，共3684个二次供水设施 1.2 方法 采用问卷调查方式由卫生监督员进行现场调查，内容包括二次供水设施的基本情况、蓄水设施构造材质、蓄水设施防护情况、清洗消毒情况、卫生管理情况等。对现场调查数据整理后，建立Excel数据库分类汇总统计，并进行描述性分析 2 结果 2.1 基本情况 杨浦区位于上海市的东北部，下辖有11个街道、1个镇，共有常住人口约22万人。此次调查的189个小区共有3684个二次供
