中医综合外治方案在糖尿病足溃疡期临床疗效探究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨和分析中医综合外治治疗方案对糖尿病足溃疡期的综合效果，并进行评价。 方法 选取该院内分泌科和骨科的门诊和住院糖尿病足溃疡患者，通过随机的方式划成两组，即治疗组与对照组（各69例），对两组患者都运用抗感染以及控制血糖的疗法，但对治疗组患者选择中医综合外治方案，对照组选择西医外治方案，两组疗程均为8周，然后观察对比对两组患者在治疗前后的治疗效果。结果 采用外治方案的疗法后，治疗组的总有效率达到了95.65%，与对照组对比差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；但治疗组的愈显率和临床痊愈率分别是76.81%与62.32%，明显高于对照组。两组均未发生明显的不良反应。 结论 通过中医外治的各类有效措施与药物，来对糖尿病足溃疡这种难以治愈、且截肢率很高的疾病进行治疗，效果较为明显，有很高的治愈率，有着极大的临床价值，值得临床推广 [关键词] 糖尿病足；溃疡期；中医综合外治；中医治疗方案 [中图分类号] R587.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2017）01（b）-0171-02 [Abstract] Objective To discuss and analyze the general effect and external treatment with traditional Chinese medicine in the diabetic foot ulcers period and evaluate the effect. Methods 138 cases of patients with diabetic foot ulcers in the department of endocrinology and in the department of obstetrics in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups with 69 cases in each， both groups adopted the anti-infection and blood sugar controlling method， the treatment group choose the external treatment with traditional Chinese medicine， while the control group adopted the external treatment with western medicine， and the treatment course was 8 weeks， and then the effect before and after treatment was observed and compared. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 95.65%， and there was no obvious difference compared with that in the control group without statistical significance（P0.05）， but the improvement rate and clinical curate rate in the treatment group were respectively 76.81% and 62.32%， which were obviously higher than those in the control group， and there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion The effect of various effective measures and drugs of external treatment with traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of diabetic foot ulcers that is hard to heal and the amputation rate is high is obvious， and the cure rate was very high， which is of great clinical value and is worth clinical promotion.
