卫浴类企业物流外包风险分析及策略研究 ——以优达（中国）有限公司为例 [摘要] 物流外包因能降低物流成本、强化核心竞争力、加速组织重构等优点迅速成为企业一种新的经营方式。随着市场竞争的日益激烈，大部分卫浴类企业也将其物流职能外包给第三方物流服务商以集中精力发展其核心竞争力。但是物流外包过程中风险是不可避免的。本文介绍了物流外包的概念、模式、作用等，分析了进行物流外包风险管理的必要性，根据外包风险的成因、影响，运用模糊综合评价方法，对优达（中国）有限公司物流外包风险进行评价，并在评价结果的基础上找出外包风险防范策略，使物流外包活动更加顺利的进行。 [关键词] 卫浴类企业、物流外包、风险分析、模糊综合评价法、风险防范 Sanitary class Logistics Outsourcing Risk Assessment and Strategy Research ---An example of YoTa [Abstract] As logistics outsourcing can reduce logistics cost ,aggrandize core competitive advantages and accelerate organization reconstruction to become a new mode of operation enterprises quickly .With the increasingly fierce market competition, most of the sanitary class enterprise will also outsource logistics functions to the third party logistics providers to focuse on its core competitiveness. But the risk of outsourcing logistics is inevitable. This text introduces the concept, model and function of logistics outsourcing, analyses the necessity of logistics outsourcing risk management.Based on the causes and influences of outsourcing risk, the text uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the risk of the YOTA logistics outsourcing ,and on the base of the result of evaluation, finds out the prevention strategies of the outsourcing risk to make logistics outsourcing activities more smoothly.
