浅析大学生创新训练能力培养 　　摘要:论文首先阐述了创新的内涵和基础准备。结合工程综合训练内容设置的特点,介绍了以导师制为核心的学生创新能力培养模式和教学效果。最后,分析了工程综合训练目前所面临的问题,并提出了相应的办法和改革措施。 　　Abstract: This paper first describes the content of innovation and basic preparation, combining the characteristics of project comprehensive training coment setting, introduces the training mode and teaching effect of students innovation ability which takes tutorial system as the core.
