合并高血压对糖尿病周围神经病变影响 　　[摘要] 目的 糖尿病周围神经病变是糖尿病患者常见并发症，严重影响糖尿病患者生活质量。振动感觉阈值能够有效评估2型糖尿病患者周围神经病变。高血压常与糖尿病常在中老年群体中并发，但高血压对糖尿病周围神经病变是否有影响，尚不完全明确。该研究主要目的在于分析合并高血压对2型糖尿病患者周围神经病变的影响。 方法 该研究采用大样本量，对高血压合并2型糖尿病患者（HTN+T2D）和单独2型糖尿病患者（T2D）的一般资料（性别、年龄、病程、糖化血红蛋白、随机血糖和尿肌酐清除率）和振动感觉阈值进行分析，评估合并高血压对周围神经病变的影响。结果 HTN+T2D患者一般资料和左右下肢振动感觉阈值与T2D患者相比差异无统计学意义。 结论 合并高血压或不加重2型糖尿病患者周围神经病变 [关键?~] 周围神经病变；振动感觉阈值；糖尿病；高血压 [中图分类号] R587.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2016）12（b）-0087-02 [Abstract] Objective The diabetes peripheral neuropathy is a common complications of patients with diabetes， seriously affecting the quality of life of patients with diabetes， and the vibration perception thresholds can effectively evaluate the peripheral neuropathy of patients with type 2 diabetes， and the hypertension and diabetes often occurred to middle-age and senile groups， but whether the effect of hypertension on the diabetes peripheral neuropathy existed or not was unclear， and the main goal of the research is to analyze the effect of associated hypertension on the diabetes peripheral neuropathy. Methods The general data of HTN+T2D of patients with hypertension and type 2 diabetes and patients with simple type 2 diabetes（gender， age， disease course， glycosylated hemoglobin， random blood sugar and urine creatinine clearance rate ） and vibration sensation thresholds were analyzed， and the effect of combined hypertension on the peripheral neuropathy was evaluated. Results There were no obvious difference in the general data and left and right lower limb vibration perception thresholds between the HTN+T2D patients and T2D patients. Conclusion The combined hypertension does not aggravate the peripheral neuropathy of type 2 diabetes.
