多层螺旋CT脑成像对脑血管畸形诊断价值 　　【摘要】 目的：研究并探讨多层螺旋CT脑成像对脑血管畸形的诊断价值。方法：选取2013年 1月-2015年12月本院收治的60例疑似脑血管畸形患者作为研究对象，对所有患者进行多层螺旋CT脑成像（CTA）检查，采用表面遮盖显示法和最大强度投照法对脑CTA图像进行处理，作出诊断，并将CTA诊断结果与数字减影血管造影（DSA）结果比较，计算CTA的?\断敏感性、特异性、准确性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值及其与DSA诊断结果的一致性。结果：CTA对脑前动脉区、中动脉区、后动脉区、基底动脉区的显影率均达到100%，对椎动脉区的显影率为50%。60例疑似脑血管畸形患者中，共27例患者经DSA确诊为脑血管畸形，包括16例动静脉畸形、5例静脉血管瘤、3例先天性颅内囊性动脉瘤、3例海绵状血管瘤，CTA对脑血管畸形的诊断敏感性、特异性、准确性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为92.59%、90.91%、91.67%、89.29%、93.75%，与DSA诊断结果之间的一致性良好（Kappa=0.715）。结论：在脑血管畸形的临床诊断中，采用多层螺旋CT脑成像技术进行诊断，能够对脑血管畸形做出快速、准确的诊断，为临床治疗提供可靠依据 【关键词】 螺旋CT脑成像； 脑血管畸形； 诊断 The Diagnostic Value of Multi-slice Spiral CT Brain Imaging in Cerebral Vascular Malformations/CHEN Jun.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（09）：085-088 【Abstract】 Objective：To study and discuss the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT brain imaging in cerebral vascular malformations.Method：60 patients with suspected cerebral vascular malformation in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected as the research objects，multi-slice spiral CT（CTA） imaging was performed in all patients，the surface shaded display method and maximum intensity projection method were used to deal with the brain CTA images，made a diagnosis and compared the results of CTA diagnosis with digital subtraction angiography（DSA），the diagnostic sensitivity，specificity，accuracy，positive predictive value，and negative predictive value of CTA were calculated and compared with those of DSA.Result：The development rates of CTA on the anterior cerebral artery，middle artery，posterior artery and basilar artery were 100%，and the developing rate of vertebral artery was 50%.60 cases of suspected cerebral vascular malformation，a total of 27 cases with DSA for cerebral vascular malformation，including 16 cases of arteriovenous malformations，5 cases of venous hemangioma，3 cases of congenital intracranial saccular aneurysms，3 cases of cavernous hemangioma，CTA of cerebral vascular malformation of the diagnostic sensitivity，specificity，accu
