园 艺 学 报 2012 ,39 (2 ):289 –296 http: // www. ahs. ac. cn Acta Horticulturae Sinica E-mail: yuanyixuebao@126.com 芥蓝感染核盘菌过程中活性氧和芥子油苷的变 化 孙 勃,汪炳良,闫会转,沈望舒,张 芬,刘 娜,汪俏梅* (浙江大学园艺系,农业部园艺植物生长发育与生物技术重点开放实验室,杭州 310058 ) 摘 要:分析了核盘菌侵染芥蓝过程中,芥蓝的发病症状、含水量、电导率、活性氧和芥子油苷的 变化。结果表明,在侵染过程中,侵染部位产生褐色病斑,并逐渐扩大到全叶。叶片含水量逐渐下降, 电导率不断上升,活性氧(过氧化氢和超氧阴离子)大量累积,吲哚–3 –甲基芥子油苷、4 –甲氧基– 吲哚–3 –甲基芥子油苷、1 –甲氧基–吲哚–3 –甲基芥子油苷和烯丙基芥子油苷含量先上升后下降,3 – 丁烯基芥子油苷和 2 –羟基–3 –丁烯基芥子油苷含量逐渐下降。研究表明芥子油苷,特别是吲哚类芥子 油苷可能参与芥蓝对核盘菌侵染的防卫反应。 关键词:芥蓝;芥子油苷;核盘菌;活性氧 中图分类号:S 635 文献标识码:A 文章编号:0513-353X (2012 )02-0289-08 Studies on Changes of Reactive Oxygen Species and Glucosinolates in Chinese Kale Infected by Sclerotinia sclerotiorum SUN Bo,WANG Bing-liang ,YAN Hui-zhuan ,SHEN Wang-shu,ZHANG Fen ,LIU Na ,and WANG * Qiao-mei (Department of Horticulture ,Zhejiang University ,Key Laboratory of Horticultural Plant Growth,Development and Quality Improvement,Ministry of Agriculture ,Hangzhou 310058 ,China ) Abstract :The changes in the levels of disease symptoms ,water content ,relative electrical conductivity,reactive oxygen species (ROS )and glucosinolates were investigated during the course of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum infection of Chinese kale (Brassica albograbra Bailey ). The results showed that, during the infection,brown lesions appeared from the infection sites,and gradually expanded to the entire leaves. The relative water content decreased gradually,while the relative electrical conductivity increased , and ROS (hydrogen peroxide and superoxide anion )accumulated steadily. The contents of glucobrassicin, 4-methoxyglucobrassicin ,neoglucobrassicin and sinigrin increased at the beginning and then decreased , but the contents of gluconapin and progoitr
