Abstract:T he t heory of average profit and product ion price is an import ant com ponent part of
M arx . s economic t heory; and it is t he foundat ion of M arx . s t heory of surplu s value. T he t heory
consist s mainly of cost price, profit , product ion price, average prof it , compet ition of department ,
t he rate of prof it and so on . Regardless of the special shell, a general perspect ive of the t heory w ill
have very important realistic guiding v alue on t he management mechanism. s t ransf orm at ion of
