Real-time, massive information and wide scope are the main features of the online academic communication. The construction of Guiyang online academic communication platform has playing an important role for promoting the academic commutation in Guiyang even for economic society development. The necessary foundations and conditions are ready for such construction. Guiyang online academic communication platform is the information system with scientific and technical resources, taking internet as the media, providing three functions of academic information publication, interactive communication and online service, being composed of first-tier and second-tier columns, with the characteristics of being authentic, professional and abundant.
