改良killian入路隆鼻手术临床应用 　　摘要：目的 对于改良型的killian入路隆鼻手术在临床上的应用进行研究和探讨。方法 以本院从2014年1月～2016年6月收治的42例隆鼻术患者作为研究对象，在患者一侧鼻中隔尾端2～3 mm左右的部位进行单侧长度为1.5 cm左右的切口，并且用D形刀在软骨的便秘面进行鼻粘膜的剥离，随后向上进行选人的突破，紧贴着患者的比估摸以及侧壁软骨来进行假体腔隙的剥离，随后完成事先准备的好的假体置入。结果 对于完成该良型的killian入路隆鼻手术的患者42例采用临床回访6～12个月，期间没有发现假体变形的状况，而且经过测量发现患者的鼻延长达到了2～3 mm。而且采用该良型的killian入路隆鼻手术后无变形，患者手术后的鼻外形相对自然而且手术后的鼻形也比鼻小柱胖企鹅来联合软骨缘切开发隆鼻术更为漂亮。结论 采用该良型的killian入路隆鼻手术总体上操作的方法先对比较简单，而且能够避免患者鼻尖的损伤，最终能够使患者的鼻部能够获得轻度演唱，鼻部形态也更加的自然鼻尖组织的完整性也比传统方式更好，而且在手术过程当中还能够进行必行的调整，是一种较为理想的隆鼻入路的方式 关键词：killian；切口；隆鼻术；鼻尖组织； Abstract：Objective Study and discussion to application for improved Killian approach to rhinoplasty surgery in clinic.
