Sci .2007 ,35(36) :11805 - 11806 责任编辑 孙红忠 责任校对 李洪 可见近红外漫反射光谱法测定赣南脐橙的表面色泽 * 文建萍, 陈兴苗, 孙旭东, 刘燕德 ( 江西农业大学, 江西南昌330045) 摘要 [ 目的] 建立赣 南脐橙颜 色指标定量数学模型, 探 索用颜 色进行水果分级的新方法。[ 方法] 采 用色差计来测量50 个赣 南脐橙样 本的表面颜 色, 用近红外漫反射光谱并结合多元校正算法偏最小二乘法( PLS) , 建立 了赣南脐橙颜 色指标 L 、a 、b 的定量模型。[ 结果] 在 全波段范围内, 原始光谱所建模型最佳, 其颜 色指标 L 所建校正模型相关 系数( r) 为0 .933 , 预测均方根偏差( RMSEP) 为 1.330 , 完全交互 验证相关 系数( r cross) 达0 .926 ; 颜 色指标 a 所建校正模型相关 系数为0 .970 , 预测均方根偏差为 1.524 , 完全交互验证的相关 系数达0 .967 ; 颜 色指标 b 所建校正模型相关系数为0 .893 , 预测均方根偏差为2 .676 , 完全交互验证的相关系数达0 .875 。[ 结论] 原始 光谱所建模型最 好, 但其模型的校正均方根偏差和完全交互验证均方根偏差都偏高。 关键词 近红外光谱; 偏最小二乘法; 表面颜 色 中图分类号 Q657 .3 文献标识码 A 文章编号 0517 - 66 11( 2007) 36 - 11805 - 02 Determination of the Surface Color of Navel Orange in the South of Jiangxi with Near-infrared Diffuse Reflectance Spectroscopy WEN Jian- ping et al (Jiangxi Agricultural University ,Nanchang ,Jiangxi 330045) Abstract [ Obj ective] The quantitative mathematical model of color index in Navel Orange in the South of Jiangxi was set up and a new methods of clas- sifying fruits by color was discussed .[ Method] The surface colors i n 50 of Navel Oranges samples were measured by using color reader .The quantitative models of the color i ndexs( L , a , b) was develop by the Near- infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy with partial least squares method .[ Result] In whole wave band range ,the opti mum model was established by using original spectrum,the correlation coefficient( r ) of the calibration model established by color index L was 0 .933 ,the root mean square error of the prediction ( RMSEP) was 1 .333 and the correlation coefficient of full cross validation ( r cross) was 0 .926 .
