山东理工大学 毕业设计（论文） 题 目： 煤矿提升机数据采集系统设计 学 院：电气与电子工程学院 专 业：电气工程及其自动化 学生姓名：马 建 建 指导教师：房 德 君 毕业设计（论文）时间：二 ОО 七 年 三 月 五 日 ～ 六 月二 十 日 共十六周  摘要 煤矿提升机是矿山生产的关键设备之一，其作用是提升煤炭、矿石、升降人员和设备等，在整个矿山生产中占有十分重要的地位。通过分析煤矿提升机的数据采集方法，认为目前的数据采集系统在煤矿网络化管理中存在不足。随着煤矿网络化管理的普及，寻找一种实时性好、可靠性高、扩展方便、便于通信的煤矿提升机数据采集系统具有非常重要的意义。 单片机是把一个计算机系统集成到一个芯片上，其体积小、质量轻、价格便宜等优点是其在工业自动化过程的实时控制和数据处理中得到了广泛的应用。另外，单片机通信技术进一步促进了单片机系统的网络化发展。 本文重点介绍了一种新型的煤矿提升机数据采集系统的工作原理，给出了硬件电路原理图以及软件编程流程图，并对样机进行了性能测试。 本课题利用单片机系统对煤矿提升机进行实时监控。实时监测提升电机的电压、电流及功率因数，以便有效的监控电机的运行状态。本设计还实时监控提升机的提升速度、方向、位置及累计钩数，并将现场采集到的数据通过单片机通信技术传输到煤矿监控中心，使煤矿的管理者能在监控中心实时观察提升机的各种运行状态。 关键词：实时数据监测，提升机，单片机 Abstract The coal mine elevator is a essential equipment for mine production, its function is promotes the coal, the ore, to rise and fall the personnel and the equipment and so on.It holds the extremely important status in the entire mine production. This paper analyzes the data acquisition method for the coal mine elevator. The present data acquisition system has the insufficiency in the coal mine network management. Along with the coal mine network management popularization, seeking a data acquisition system of well real time, high reliability, convenient expansion, advantageous communication is an important thing. The micro-controller integrates a computer system to a chip. the small volume, light quality, low price makes it widely used in the real-time control of industrial automation process and the data processing. The other, the data communication technology of micro-controller further promotes the network development. This paper deals with a new data acquisition system of coal mine elevator, and describes its working principle, hardware circuit and software design. Experiment which have been carried out showed that the performance of this system was satisfactory. This system based on micro-controller monitors the coal mine elevator real-timely.
