Phone Tel:0595 E-mail:888_777@. 一、引言 诚信命题，十分古老，千百年来，备受推崇。而目前，社会的诚信风气很是低靡，那么理论界应该给与极度重视和深度研究，因为这样能够为诚信良好风尚的形成奠定前提条件和理论基础。诚信作为一种美德是一直被提倡和弘扬的，它有着十分漫长的历史渊源，可以追溯到人类文明的源头——“信”字在中国的《论语》中出现过38次，《圣经》中使用trust和confidence达几十次，《古兰经》中也有许多关于诚信的论述。 而我们中华文明，底蕴雄厚，彪炳史册，先人为我们留下了许多宝贵财富。其中，一诺千金,一言九鼎，一言既出，驷马难追等古训, 极言信用之要，它不断鞭策着一代代炎黄子孙，说话算数，讲究信用。而“言必信，行必果”。[1]已成为两千年来炎黄子孙的处世哲学、立身之本。“人而无信，不知其可？大车无輗，小车无軏。”[2]极言信用之要。孔子曾经回答子贡如何治理好国家：“足食、足兵、民信之矣。”[3]如此三条，“信”最重要。“自古皆有死，民无信不立”。生活在春秋乱世，诸侯征战，民不聊生社会背景之下的孔子，清楚地看出百姓
