2003 年 9 月 长 沙 铁 道 学 院 学 报 №3 　　　　 　　　　 第 21 卷第 3 期 JOURNAL OF CHAN GSHA RAIL WA Y UN IV ERSIT Y Sept . 2003 文章编号 (2003) 机械零件的结构工艺性设计研究 何少平 ,贺小涛 ( 中南大学机电工程学院,湖南长沙 410075) 摘 　要 :论述了机械零件结构工艺性设计的基本原则 ,指出机械零件结构工艺性设计是一 个涉及诸多因素的综合性问题 ,它与所选的制造机械零件材料的性能、制造工艺过程、生 产的现场条件、生产批量及经济性等因素有关 ,机械零件结构工艺尤其应考虑零件整个生 产工艺过程结构的合理性. 指出机械的结构应与生产工艺过程相适应 ,与零件加工工艺路 线相适应. 通过实例分析表明 :在许多情况下 ,材料一旦选定 ,零件的生产工艺过程也基本 确定 ,零件结构的基本形式也相应确定 ; 同时 ,零件的毛坯成形工艺对零件的结构起着至 关重要的作用. 关键词 :结构工艺性 ;工艺性能 ;毛坯 ;工艺路线 中图分类号: TH122 　　　文献标识码 :A Study on the Technological Efficiency of Design of Machinepart HE Shaoping , HE Xiaotao (College of Mechanical and Electronical Engineering , Central South University , Changsha 410075 , China) Abstract :This paper wholly discusses the basic principles about the technological efficiency of de sign of machineparts. It accounts that the technological efficiency of design of part is allround concerned in many factors , such as the properties of materials that are chosen to make the part ; the technological process ; the working condition ; the production batch and economics etc. The paper specially emphasizes that the technological efficiency of design of part should be systemati cally considered in whole production process. The form of the part should be fitted into technolog ical process , and into process route.
