Preliminary Document Request List Set forth below is a preliminary document request listing based on our current understanding of your business. As we continue our due diligence procedures, additional documents or information may be requested. To the extent possible, we would like to utilize your existing reports. If you have information that may be similar to the requested items, please discuss the applicable items with us before doing additional work.
