摘 要:遵循复杂适应系统中的自下而上的建模方法，采用具有博弈行为的多智能体作为标准联盟治理的研
究工具，从深圳企业标准联盟发展现状展开分析，运用多智能体模型模拟了不同环境下标准联盟的演化轨迹
以及联盟内企业博弈收益结构对联盟总收益的影响，最后根据模拟结果有针对性地给出了治理机制建议。本
文认为在新的发展形势下，深圳企业标准联盟应强化合作机制、推广联盟标准应用和保障发展环境。

Abstract: Following the bottom-up modeling method in the complex adaptive systems , this paper introduces the multi-agent with game
behavior to research the governance of standards alliance. Beginning with the analysis of the current development situation of Shenzhen
