Here, the author(Shi Liping)to share some of their training experience ,hope to help everyone .1.A hierarchical training Why need to hierarchical training ?Because of different levels ,different jobs,people had a different perspective and height of understanding and using of knowledge is different also.So enterprise senior training more to training some strategy ,macro ,thinking ,global hing-end course.Basic training is mainly some operational ,feasibility ,line power ,executive power is strong .Differentiated between enterprise training ,to meet the growing demand of different staff ,top best learning outside ,it is better to do at the grass-roots level in-house training.2.Job training As administrator ,salesman,technician,attendant of the respective work content is different ,so they need to learn the knowledge and skills different also ,enterprise training had better distinguish between jobs,don’t have too many people in different positions to pull together to do training.Because of different values,ideas ,thoughts and behavior have conflict,so the more the number of the corporate training is not necessarily better,sometimes also not conductive to improve the training effect of enterprises.Focus attention to people ,they think the quality is the key ;Salesman pay more attention to people ,they think is the key to getting people done ,so the instructor a view it is difficult to satisfy the different values of both of the two men .Enterprise only depending on the type of work ,take different training methods ,to obtain good training effect .3.Trainin
