　　反相高效液相色谱法对茯苓饮片指纹图谱的研究论文 芦锰，贺海花，杨云，张寒娟 【摘要】 目的建立茯苓饮片的指纹图谱。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定，乙腈-0.05%磷酸水，梯度洗脱，流速：1.0ml/min，柱温：30℃.freel。结果茯苓饮片中有11个共有峰被确定为指纹峰，采用“Chromafinger V0.9 beta”软件评价12批茯苓饮片指纹图谱的相似性，相关系数法大于0.840 3，夹角余弦法大于0.906 8。结论该方法简便，稳定，精密度高，重复性好，可用于茯苓饮片的鉴别，能够有效控制饮片质量。 【关键词】 茯苓饮片； 高效液相色谱法； 指纹图谱 Abstract：ObjectiveTo establish HPLC fingerprint of Poria cocos herbs.MethodsHPLC obile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.05%phosphoric acid-l/min.
