　　反相高效液相色谱法测定滇桂艾纳香中绿原酸的含量论文 雷婷 林翠梧 陈海燕 黎贵卿 【摘要】 目的用反相高效液相色谱法建立滇桂艾纳香中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法Kromasil C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm)色谱柱，流动相为0.2%磷酸乙腈（93∶7），检测波长326 nm，流速1.0 ml/min。结果在该色谱条件下，绿原酸在15.3～61.2 mg/L范围内与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系，相关系数为0.999 2。样品平均回收率为100.5％，RSD为1.2%（n=6）。结论方法简便易行，结果准确.freelethod for determination of chlorogenic acid in Blumea riparia (Bl.)
