复方二精灵多糖的分离纯化与结构的初步研究论文

【摘要】 目的从复方二精灵中分离多糖并研究其结构。方法以黄精和枸杞子为材料,经热水提取、乙醇沉淀得二精灵多糖,通过二乙氨基乙基纤维素柱、凝胶渗透柱层析分离纯化,并采用高效液相色谱、红外吸收光谱、气相色谱进行结构分析。结果得两个多糖组分2JLⅠ和2JL Ⅱ,2JLⅠ主要是由阿拉伯糖、木糖、半乳糖、甘露糖和葡萄糖组成,相对分子量为811000;2JLⅡ由半乳糖、葡萄糖和甘露糖组成.freel pound Erjingling and its structures Rhizome of Polygonatum Kingiarnum and Fructus Lycii,by hot eation column chromatography and the structures ainly posed of arabinose, xylose, galactose, mannose and glucose, and its relative molecular annose, and its relative molecular e to extract and isolate t pound Erjingling,.freelental methods provid foundation for the r
