香椿叶中槲皮素的提取分离与测定摘要本文主要介绍了槲皮素的结构和各种物化性质及其药理作用，继而对槲皮素的提取分离方法进行综述，还叙述了黄酮类化合物的结构鉴定方法。后续提出实验方案，对香椿叶中槲皮素的提取分离以及测定方法进行了研究，用萃取的方法从香椿叶中提取黄酮类化合物，然后再运用聚酰胺色谱柱法分离出槲皮素。接着对分离出的物质测定与结构鉴定。关键词 ：槲皮素；紫外光谱；超声提取法；香椿叶；萃取；聚酰胺色谱法AbstractThis article mainly introduced the structure and various physical and chemical properties of quercetin and its pharmacological action, then for extraction and separation methods of quercetin were summarized, also describes the structure identification methods of flavonoids.
