ABSTRACT ABSTRACT At the present time, Physical Education(PE), which is regarded as the important breakthrough of Education for all-round development stays in a low arrangement while the moral education and the intellectual education well developed, and the developing of the basic education is in a plight. Physical education in primary schools is the foundation of our national physical educational enterprise, and it plays an important role of generating PE-mind of the most students in countryside. In addition, the core of working on PE in the school is the PE class, which is the basic means of fulfilling the PE assignment. The high quality of the PE class is meaningful to strengthen the health of young people, to comprehensively implement the scientific concept of development, to thoroughly implement the educational principles of all-round development of morality 、intelligence 、PE 、art and labor, to vigorously improve the all-round development and advance the quality of running the school. The article uses the literature information、questionnaire、interview and the study in the local place to research the current situation of the physical education in the primary school at ENSHIZHOU , Hubei province. The mainly included parts are the theory class and the practical class, the educational plan of PE class and the relevant text book, the acknowledgement and reaction of both students and teachers in the class, the environment and the quality of teachers. The conclusions are as follows: 1、The rate of having PE class is low ；2 、The leaders don’t pay much attention to the PE class, and the managing system needs to be improved ；3、The educational design of PE class is not scientific enough；4 、The development
