摘 要 摘 要 摘摘 要要 计量工作包括台帐、入库、周检、报废等，是企业管理的重要基础工作之一，它可 为企业提供可靠的决策依据。而传统的管理已不能确保计量工作的准确性，因此开发一 套计量器具管理软件很有必要。 经过对计量工作管理流程的分析，按实际情况将器具分为A、B、C 三类进行分级 管理，并结合VB 语言和Access 数据库建立了计量器具管理系统。该系统实现了如下11 个功能模块：计量器具台帐管理，计量器具周检计划管理，计量器具分布管理，计量器 具基本信息录入，计量器具信息修改，计量器具信息删除，计量器具信息查询，计量器 具年检计划管理，非在用计量器具信息管理，逾期未检计量器具信息查询，报表打印： 实现各种报表的打印，系统用户管理。 关键字：计量工作，器具管理，VB，Access 数据库。 I Abstract Abstract AAbbssttrraacctt Measurement, including accounting, warehousing, weekly-check, obsolescence etc., is an important foundation task for business management, it can provide a reliable basis for decision-making. Traditional management has been unable to ensure the accuracy of measurement, so the development of measuring equipment management system is necessary. After the analysis of measurement management processes，apparatus will be divided into A, B, C three types to develop the measurement apparatus system which is combined with VB language and Access database. This system features the following 11 modules: accounting, weekly-check, distribution of measuring instruments, basic information input, data modification, deleting and query, annual check, non-using equipment management, query on overdue unchecked information, printing statements and user management.
