南京工程学院高等教育自学考试专接本 毕业设计说明书（论文） 作 者： 孙恒福 学 号： 对接学校（院系）: 南京工程学院 专 业： 数控加工与模具设计 题 目： 电动按摩棒充电插头注射模设计 指导者： 张欢 评阅者： 二0一三年四月 南京 摘 要 近年来，我国电子工业的高速发展对模具工业，尤其是塑料模具提出了越来越高的要求，2004年，塑料模具在整个模具行业中所占比例已上升到30%左右，据有关专家预测，在未来几年中，中国塑料模具工业还将持续保持年均增长速度达到10%以上的较高速度的发展。国内塑料模具市场以注塑模具需求量最大，其中发展重点为工程塑料模具。  注射成型是塑料成型的一种重要方法，它主要适用于热塑性塑料的成型，可以一次成型形状复杂的精密塑件。本课题就是将电动按摩棒充电插头塑料件作为设计模型，将注射模具的相关知识作为依据，阐述塑料注射模具的设计过程。  本设计为电动按摩棒充电插头塑料件进行的注塑模设计，利用UG软件对塑件进行了实体造型、浇口分析、分型。对塑件结构进行了工艺分析，明确了设计思路，确定了注射成型工艺过程并对各个具体部分进行了详细的计算和校核。如此设计出的结构可确保模具工作运用可靠，保证了与其他部件的配合。最后用AutoCAD绘制了一套模具装配图和零件图。  本课题通过的注射模具设计，巩固和深化了所学知识，取得了比较满意的效果，达到了预期的设计意图。 关键词： 注射模具，注射工艺，模具结构 Abstract In recent years, the mould industry correctly of high-speed development of our national electric industry, the especially plastic mould has put forward higher and higher requirement, 2004, plastic mould proportion rise to 30% about already among whole mould trade, according to the estimation by relevant experts, during the following several years, Chinese plastic mould industry will also keep the average annual growth rate being up to more than 10% of the development at a high speed continuously.
