Cause analysis: (1) the panel runs the indicator light. (1) the light diode is bad. (2) the panel indicator lights the circuit component (with non-gate 74LS05, power gate 74S07). Elimination method: remove the panel indicator part screw and replace the light-emitting diode. Look for damage components and remove them and replace them with new ones. Second, Failure: the panel indicator is not bright but the spindle motor is normal. Cause analysis: dc power + 5V drop Exclusion method: check the + 5V power supply and troubleshoot. Three, Failure: the panel indicator is not bright, and the spindle motor is not rotating. Cause analysis: the dc power source of the diskette is lost. Exclusion method: check out the failure of DC + 12V, + 5V power supply. Four, Failure: the main shaft dc motor is too fast. The cycle time T 197ms or bradycycle Analysis: (1) dc power + 12V is too low. (2) the parameters of the dc motor are changed, or the parameters of the motor control circuit change. Elimination method: check the DC + 12V power supply to the rating 12V + + 5% . Adjust the speed control potentiometer on the motor circuit board, until the streak is clear and steady on the motor rotor flywheel. Five, Failure: the main engine is selected for the floppy, but the spindle motor is not responsive. Cause analysis: (1) main shaft motor + 12V power power drop. (2) controller interface signal  motor on  failure low level effectively. (3) there is a motor control signal line between the reading/writing circuit board and the motor control circuit board, which may fail high level effective . Main shaft motor control board bad or motor winding coil break. Elimination method: check and restore + 12V power source.
