　　民族药余甘子冻干粉免疫调节作用的血清药理学研究论文 罗春丽， 张永萍， 邱德文， 郑维发 【关键词】 民族 摘要：目的实验旨在应用中药血清药理学研究方法，研究民族药余甘子对小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖的影响，对小鼠S180腹水肿瘤细胞存活率的影响以及对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞细胞活化作用的研究。方法余甘子采用鲜果榨汁经冷冻干燥冻干保存。小鼠随机分6组，其中时效关系研究2组，量效关系研究4组。按0.2 ml/10 g体重用余甘子溶液灌胃。灌胃后30～180 min内不同时相无菌取血.freelin内不同时相含药血清对小鼠脾淋巴细胞具有活化作用，并在给药2 h时实验血清活化作用明显；量效关系研究表明，余甘子大剂量组实验血清对促进小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖，促进小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞细胞活化作用以及小剂量组实验血清对小鼠S180腹水肿瘤细胞存活率的影响均具显著差异性。 关键词：余甘子； 含药血清； 腹腔巨噬细胞； 淋巴细胞； S180腹水肿瘤细胞； 免疫调节 Study on the Immunoregulatory Effect of Phyuanthus Emblica in Mice Abstract:ObjectiveThe experiment applies the traditional Chinese medicine Plasma Pharmacology. This experiment studies hoblica Phyllanthus emblica, the traditional Chinese medicine，promotes the propagate of the spleen lymphocyte of small mice, hoouse S180 ascites tumor cell and hoacrophage in the abdominal cavity.MethodsAdopt the fresh fruit juice of Phyuanthus emblica. Dry it and keep in freeze. The small mice are randomly divided in 6 groups. Among them, 2 groups are studied in time-efficacy relation, the other 4 are studied in quantity-efficacy relation. Infuse the solution of Phyuanthus emblica Phyllanthus emblica 0.2 ml per 10g ach of the small mouse. Take the blood in sterile environments at different time after 30min but before 180min, then study the time-efficacy relation and the quantity-efficacy relation edicine Plasma Pharmacology.Results and ConclusionThe study of time-efficacy relation expresses that after infusing the solution of Phyuanthus emblica Phyllanthus emblica, medicated serum in different time activates the spleen lymphocyte of small mice differently after the 30min but before 180min. During this period, on 2h the activation of the medicated serum is the most obvious. The quantity-efficacy relation research expresses that megadose promotes the propagate of the spleen lymphocyte of small mouse and activates the macrophage in the abdominal cavity more obviously. On the other hand, the small dosage influents the survival rate of the mouse S180 ascites tumor cell mo
