　　氨甲喋呤配合米非司酮治疗剖宫产疤痕部位妊娠15例分析论文 【摘要】 目的 探讨采用氨甲喋呤和米非司酮治疗子宫疤痕部位妊娠的疗效。方法 回顾性分析我院2005年1月～2010年1月收治的15例剖宫产后子宫疤痕部位妊娠患者采用氨甲喋呤联合米非司酮治疗的疗效。结果 15 例患者中12例药物治疗成功(80%)，3例失败改行手术治疗。结论 氨甲喋呤配伍米非司酮是治疗子宫疤痕部位妊娠一种有效的治疗方法。 【关键词】 疤痕部位妊娠 氨甲喋呤 米非司酮 【Abstract】 Aim:To explore the efficacy of methotrexate and mifepristone treatment on Cesarean Scar Pregnancy.Methods: A retrospective analysis of 15 uterine scar pregnancy patients ethotrexate and mifepristone our hospital from January 2007～January 2010.
