　　法国不动产公示制度的历史沿革论文 【内容提要】本文展示了法国不动产公示制度的修改和完善所经历的漫长历程。从罗马法入手，本文重点分析了法国旧法、法国大革命时期的法律、1804年法国民法典、1855年3月23日法律、1955年1月4日法令等重要的法国不动产公示法律。1955年1月4日法令至尽仍是法国现行最为重要的不动产公示规则，它是法国不动产公示制度日趋完善的标志。 【关键词】法国 不动产 登记 公示 AbstractThis article probes into the history of development of the legal systems of the registration of real property in France. Besides Roman Las in different periods, such as the ancient times, the French Revolution, 1804, 1855 and 1955. The laportant role in the development of the publication of real property; it is the signal indicating that the legal systems of the registration in France
