　　泪道损伤修复成形术后引流功能特征论文 【摘要】目的 探讨泪道损伤修复成形术后泪道引流功能情况。方法 前瞻性统计我院2010年10月至2011年5月收治的行泪道损伤修复成形术的患者，详细记录术前泪道功能情况，采用手术方式及术后护理等情况，对该类病例进行临床分析。结果 泪小管断裂吻合术：21例患者中治愈16例（3例术后未来门诊复查，电话随访无溢泪症状），好转4例，无效1例，治愈率76.1％。爆裂性眼眶骨折：11例患者中6例患者术后一周复查均诉轻度溢泪症状.freelalpassage injury .
