本科毕业设计说明书 北京市某电子厂房工艺性空调工程设计 The Process Air-conditioning Engineering Design For an Electronic Factory in Beijing 学生姓名： 学生学号： 专业名称： 指导教师： 年 月 日 摘 要 本设计对某电子厂2号厂房进行了工艺性空调工程设计。总建筑面积：2890㎡。依生产区的洁净度等级，是内参数及供一流程将整个车间划分为5个系统，其中涂布车间采用ISO5级系统；另外干燥区、清洗间和清洗区等对除热除湿要求较高的区域分为一个ISO7级系统；洁净区其余更衣、上料、人流洁净走廊、集控室设置成单独系统；舒适区分为办公区和仓储区分为两个系统。机房设在舒适区，洁净区新风机选用吊顶式机组。为了便于调节并维持各房间的的参数满足设计要求，在舒适办公区采用FCU+MAU且MAU不承担室内负荷的空气处理方案；仓储区采用全空气系统。针对洁净区净化级别高于ISO6级（含6级）的系统，采用（MAU）+（FFU）的处理方式，之后将新风在闷顶内与室内空气进行混合，再通过FFU送入室内，回风采用夹道回风，且这些系统的每个房间均设有回风夹道，利用室内和闷顶的压差，从而形成循环环路。室内的排风按工艺要求及风平衡来得出。 摄机主垚警醒乐子聊收及、时内崴残数寻定，丫力提度孔之,力用换气此事、与热、与时、涵衬弄度机紫荆时间确定洁净间的送风量，汇总后计算系统风量；及酸是内来那个3、惹事负荷；确定新风系统方案；进行风及水系统的水力计算；布置FFU系统； 关键词： 工艺性空调 MAU+FFU 单向流 FCU+MAU ABSTRACT The design of the building No. 2 Beijing City electronics factory process of air-conditioning engineering design.
