从罗尔斯差别原则看我国弱势群体教育补偿机制 摘要 弱势群体与我们国家、民族的整体发展息息相关。他们人口多,就业少,收入低,流动性大,需要政府乃至全社会的关注、关怀和公平对待。本文从美国哲学家罗尔斯“公平正义”原则中的“差别原则”出发,提出建立弱势群体教育补偿机制是我国社会现实的强烈吁求,是个体自身发展的需要和教育公平的理性诉求。对于教育补偿机制的构建,需要全社会的共同努力。解放思想,更新观念,用不平等的政策解决事实上的不平等;创新制度,完善法律,依法保障弱势群体的利益;构建多元化的社会救助网络并加大教育财政补偿力度,积极促成教育公平的实现,成为教育领域弱势群体利益补偿机制的建构策略。 关键词:差异原则;弱势群体;教育公平;补偿机制 The Analysis of Educational Compensation Mechanism for the Vulnerable Groups in China from Rawls’ Difference Principle ABSTRACT The disadvantaged groups are closely related with the overall development of our country .The group has a large population with fewer jobs, lower incomes and higher mobility, so our government and the whole society need focus on them and treat them on an equal footing. This paper based on “the Difference Principle” from American philosopher John Rawls’ A Theory of Justice, recommending that the establishment of an educational compensation mechanism for the vulnerable groups is the strong appeal based on the current social reality, the self-improvement of educatee and the rational demand of education equity. As for the construction of educational compensation mechanism, it requires the joint efforts of the whole society. We should renew our concept and deal with inequality by unequal policies. It is urgent to innovate the system and improve the law to protect the interests of vulnerable groups. Besides, building a diversified network of social assistance and making efforts to enlarge educational financial compensation should be taken into consideration. All these suggestions are constructing strategies in the area of educational compensation mechanism for the vulnerable groups to gain equality.
