编号： G甲1014 竞赛题目： 液位自动控制装置(G题) 参赛学生及专业： 单金明 金属材料 高书征 测控 曹　强 物理学 学 校：山东大学 赛前指导教师：陈言俊 秦峰 王延伟 王立志 2006年9月11日 液位自动控制装置(G题) 摘要：本装置包括一个主站，一个从站和一个模拟从站，采用凌阳单片机为主处理器。硬件包括注放水装置，液位检测传感装置，人机交互界面三个主要部分。软件部分应用C语言，实现了基本部分的键盘设置并快速调整液位，异常情况报警，显示器显示状态与重量；也实现了发挥部分的全部要求，包括主站控制从站液位，主站巡回检测，主从站异常报警等。通过巧妙的设计与良好的工艺，我们的液位误差控制在0.1cm内，低于要求的误差0.3cm。作为创新部分，我们用液晶作图，同步动态显示液位；识别语音命令后播报液位高度及重量，实现控制方式多样化；使用电位器，能方便快速的设定液面；在主站用微型打印机截屏打印并可打印历史报警记录，实现数据易查阅；在从站用16×32的LED大屏幕显示信息，实现信息的远距离可读。 关键词：凌阳单片机　主站　从站　主从通讯　　 Abstract : The device includes a master station, a slave station and a simulation station which use Sunplus MCU processor.
