耳鸣的综合评估及康复疗效 ―― 听尼特TM耳鸣综合诊断治疗仪临床应用评估 A Clinical Study of the Effectiveness of TinniTestTM in the Diagnosis and Management of Tinnitus 薛英 宋鹏 周绪红 叶林峰 武汉大学中南医院耳鼻喉科 邹凌 蒋涛 加拿大达尔豪斯大学大众传播失调研究生院中国办事处 摘要：目的：探讨对主观性耳鸣进行全面的问诊评估对耳鸣预后及其疗效的影响。方法：在临床使用听尼特TM耳鸣综合诊断治疗仪，对30例耳鸣患者进行全面问诊评估、诊断测试，并在测试评估的基础上，制定并实施个体化耳鸣治疗方案，进行耳鸣康复。结果：30例患者在耳鸣残疾度量化测试和耳鸣烦躁级别评估中，其康复前后的测试结果显示出显著性差异，表明耳鸣康复具有临床意义的提高，其耳鸣康复总有效率为97％：结论：听尼特TM耳鸣综合诊断治疗仪能为耳鸣提供准确测试和客观评估，在全面评估测试的基础上，可根据患者耳鸣病因、严重程度和其它基础疾病等的不同，实施因人而异的个体治疗方法，并能从问诊评估中获得详细信息，初步判断患者的预后情况；在治疗中辅以心理咨询，帮助患者更好的理解耳鸣，树立信心，增加患者依从性，提高疗效。 关键词：主观性耳鸣，听尼特TM耳鸣综合诊断治疗仪，评估，治疗 A Clinical Study of the Effectiveness of TinniTestTM in the Diagnosis and Management of Tinnitus Xue Ying Song Peng Zhou Xuhong Ye Linfeng Otolaryngology Department of the Zhongnan Hospital of the Wuhan University Zou Ling Jiang Tao Chinese Office of the Communication and Speech Disorder Graduate School of Dalhousie University in Canada Abstract：bjective: To study the effectiveness of TinniTestTM on the diagnosis and management of tinnitus. Methods ：Using TinniTestTM , a patented digital system, 30 patients suffering from subjective tinnitus are clinically assessed and subsequently managed with sound therapy. Each patient received both subjective and objective measuresof his or her tinnitus. Results:Before and after assessment and therapy sessions, the results have shown statistically significant differences and the total effective rate was 97%.Conclusions: TinniTestTM has potential applications in the accurate diagnosis and management of tinnitus patients. The evaluation findings, including patient data,analysis information and test results can be stored and analyzed to apply optimal management protocol for each individual patient.
