Abstract With the rapid development of market economy , it becomes an unavoidable problem of seeking a way out in the increasingly fierce competition. Previous studies show that strengthening the training of new salesmen can improve their market competitiveness for enterprises with more profits ,and then achieve organizational goals. Since its establishment in November 2005, Tangshan red cypress pawn Co.Ltd. has made ??certain achievements on the training for new salesmen. However, there also exists some problems. Such as doubts and scruples of training new salesmen , for training organization mechanisms historical reasons pawn industry imperfect , single form of training, lack of systematic training , poor implementation process of training , lack of professional training of company personnel for training new recruits sales staff , low training transformation rate. Therefore this paper takes a survey on older employees, looks through corporate information of Tangshan red cypress pawn Co.Ltd, raising eliminate the manager of sales training new recruits doubts , to establish a correct concept of training , the courage to go out and learn to enrich the organizational form of training , the training process should be prepared training programs , good publicity , improve industry visibility, improve training outcomes conversion rate. These specific solutions will help new recruits sales staff to increase their sense of belonging to the enterprise , improve the operational capacity , so that enterprises continue to grow and develop .
